As a result, I am well informed not just of the business issues related to the purchase or sale of properties, but of the legal perspective,  and the proper procedures for transfer of title and alien licenses for non-nationals, if necessary. Phebe Paul, our Real Property Manager and Agent is well experienced in the area of property sales and management. She started her professional career as a legal secretary specializing in real property law. Her experience in real estate law has developed her knowledge and competence in this field. After her career as a legal secretary, she worked in the real estate department of Nyack and Company Limited and was promoted to Real Estate Manager in 2007. She has been developing the real property management and sales areas of the business. Her knowledge of the island, real property law, real estate transactions and her excellent negotiation and communication skills make her a great manager of our real estate agency. She is well suited to expertly cater to the need of our valued clients.

Vicky Facey our newest member on our team joined us in February 2008 from the United Kingdom. She moved from London to Grenada in 2007, and is also a proud property owner in St Patrick. She admitted that after looking at properties throughout the island, she was absolutely convinced that the most outstanding and beautiful properties and sceneries exist in the north. She found that making the transition from London to Grenada was particularly easy, mostly because of the strong network of British nationals and supporters based in the countryside.

Vicky worked initially on establishing and launching Rural Realtors. She has over 20 years senior management knowledge in international business, office administration and project management, and has traveled extensively throughout the world. Because of her international exposure, engaging personality, extensive administrative and management experience, and knowledge of the British national community in Grenada, her primary focus will be addressing the needs of our international clients.
